4 hits for the Giants. Again. 6 for LA. Again. Their hits we're loud. Ours, not so much. 6 innings for Madison, his 2nd loss, but when you score 1 run a game, you can't expect much better.
That game was a real bummer. That pitch to Hernandez was right down the middle, big and fat and full on hit-me material. That was the slow-pitch lob version of an ML pitch. Jeez. And then they can't score at all in LA. It's nuts. I was just thinking the lineup was starting to work. At least Belt is back. He looks healthy and I think he'll start to heat up soon and that will be good. Bumgarner is starting over after his DL stint. He's getting there, he'll be 100% not too long from now. The question is: can they stop the slide and win some goddamn games?
By the way, a minor technical note, this blog no longer automatically posts to Facebook. A lot of people who follow RMC do it via FB. So I have to remember to "manually" re-post it and I sometimes forget. So if you don't see RMC on your feed that's the reason. I will remember in the future! And thanks for reading.
