Anybody else see those JohnnyC fastballs that hit 95 mph? One was a gem to get Seager (I think) looking. I didn't really think that was part of the package. I knew about the deception and command, but the sheer power comes as a bit of a surprise. Does EVERYBODY have a mid nineties fastball nowadays? Hey, maybe the radar guns are juiced.
Javier is looking quite human lately. I'm not worried yet but....in other bullpen related news... I can't wait to see Law again. They love this guy over at McCovey Chronicles. He could be a BIG factor if Sergio needs major time off. He is another Tommy John rehabber.
Cueto rocked! Damn I thought the 'pen might cough it up but they prevailed. And all those chances--just seemed like the Giants could not get the big hit. But they prevailed.

Great fielding by the ball club last night as well. Let's hope that continues. I've got that penciled in as a "major strength" along with the 'pen.
Posey breaks out tonight? Or, is it more likely you be one our left-handed hitters? Cueto has together a fine start to his Giants' career!
